My order is missing ! never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier or contact us immediately, so we can assist you in filing your claim. Please read our [special circumstances category] under our refund page and look for the category your order issue falls underneath, this will give you an understanding of what to expect and do afterwards if you want to request a refund. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

How do I track my order?

 To track your order you can find it in our footer section our our webpage or [click this link]. When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s). How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping time is based on customer selection at checkout, we honor customers choice; whether express or standard. We have a variety of shipping methods/ options available to you, please read our [shipping policy] for more information. If you have selected standard shipping, you can receive your order in 5-14 business days or 7-20 business days or less, based on the one you chose although standard shipping states up to 14-20 business days orders typically gets delivered within 7 days business of order being placed. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.

Can I exchange an item?

For exchanges you must return first. Please read our return policy to know which items are not returnable or refundable. If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 14 days from the date of delivery. For order to be eligible, items must be returnable, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging. Where are you located?

We operate from 711 east gun hill rd. Bronx NY 10467. For all pickups of order you will have to schedule an appointment so one of our delivery agent can hand over your order with verification. To schedule pickup refer to our website under our information page.

Do you offer same day pickups ?

Yes! we do! Like delivery there is a protocol we follow for every standard order. Please refer to our order pickup policy on our webpage found under our information page section for more clarity.

What if i need to reschedule delivery?

Yes you can do so within 6 hours of delivery penalty free, but 1st contact us to complete the process.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes! of course we do! our price for local delivery is $40.00 which includes same day delivery on orders $120.00 and more. You must be within the 5 boroughs of NYC or within 15 miles radius of New York city. To get order delivered same day schedule a drop off/delivery date/time based on product availability. For regular delivery allow 1-2 days for processing time. Please contact us by phone or email to ask which items are available for same day delivery/pickup. Do not miss your scheduled appointment any missed appointment or miss delivery will result is a miss delivery fee of $7. To reschedule delivery there is a fee of $25 for each day rescheduled. Instructions

Yes we offer same day pickup for products that are not shipping from headquarters or warehouse. Please speak with one of our team members to assist with purchase due to not all our products are available for same day pickup/delivery.
